TRAINEES & HOSTEL

Teacher Trainees of DIET Baghmara are nominated by their respective schools to under go training. The course consists of two years. DIET Baghmara has also given opportunity to Pre-service teachers to undergo this two year training who are directly admitted to the Institute. The minimum eligibility for admission to the course 10+2 pass. At present there are thirty and twenty one trainees in the institute in IInd and Ist year respectively. 

Hostel facility is available to the trainees, separately for girls and boys. The mess is run by the trainees themselves. There are 22 rooms in the boys’ hostel and 6 rooms in girls’ hostel.
